The Temporary Sales Administrator role is based in Regina, SK. This is a contract position until September 16, 2022.

Here’s what you’ll get to do

  • Support inside sales staff; including initiating calls to potential new customers

  • Support outside sales staff; including handling information and data requests

  • Input account payable data into system and create accruals for month-end

  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and maintaining daily inventory data

  • Create and update price lists

  • Manage annual purchasing agreements

  • Provide input and maintain business website

  • Participate in group discussions for the development of new products

  • Provide support for ordering and creating promotional materials including signage, forms, brochures, catalogues, and product specification sheets

  • Provide support and involvement for Trade Shows in local market; including attending trade shows as required and assisting with setup

  • Safety Program Administration (filing, posting notices, etc.)

  • Coordinate annual license, safety inspections for mobile equipment

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in an administrative role

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Advanced customer service skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to learn new systems

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Post Secondary administrative diploma or certificate is an asset

  • Previous construction industry experience and/or experience in Inside Sales is an asset

Work Environment

Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels
