The Plant Administrator role is based in Grande Prairie, AB and reports directly to the Administration Supervisor.
What you'll get to do:
Invoice preparation, billing review and approval
Support with customer quotes and project setups
Review short paid invoices and invoice corrections and credit/rebill in ARW
Provide support to credit department and customers for invoice questions and billing concerns
Maintain cash sales, processes payments, and reconcile daily deposit records
Support all payroll functions in Kronos time management- review and validate for hourly workforce including time tracking, input and edits
Support managers with related inquiries and reporting
Support and participate in month end reporting and reconciliation including inventory tracking and input
Basic office administrative support - Answer and direct incoming calls, arranges courier delivery/pickup, receive and distribute mail
Who we are looking for:
Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma; Post secondary administrative diploma or certificate is an asset
Four or more years of administrative experience with basic accounting and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated customer service focus and advanced communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and participate effectively in a team environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
