CADMAN is currently looking for a responsible, safe, and dependable Plant Operator to join our local team. In this position you are responsible for operating and troubleshooting a soil remediation plant, including managing the operation of our soil plant treating petroleum contaminated material, this is a 2nd or 3rd shift position, 2nd shift hours are 2:00pm to 10:00pm, 3rd shift hours are 10:00pm to 6:00am , shift differential is paid.

What You Will Get to Do:
Operate the soil plant within pre-defined guidelines, maintaining required temperatures and throughput
Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or by hand to ensure conformance to established standards
Report any deviations from the norm that might impact production, quality or processing efficiencies
Responsible for compliance with applicable environmental regulations as it relates to the proper operation of plant equipment.
Responsible for daily inspection of facilities and will complete maintenance checklist.
Will operate a front end loader when needed and perform normal plant repair and maintenance as required.
Who We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous asphalt plant, ready-mix and/or aggregate plant experience a plus
Must be able to effectively communicate and safely follow directions
Must have ability to operate Loader and other yard equipment as needed
Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team
Ability to work safely, and independently without constant supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on varied terrain
Ability to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime required
